1. CONFIGURE

This part might sound intimidating or difficult to some. But at Halo, it's actually pretty easy... and fun, too!

We've been in the custom guitar business since 2004 and one of the biggest hurdles for our past customers in the early years was that they didn't know what their custom guitars would end up looking like. This was because (like many other custom guitar companies) we took orders using a text-based form. But now customers use the Halo Guitar Customization Tool to design and configure their custom guitars online. The Tool is free to use and generates realistic images of the custom guitars in real time. The price updates automatically, too. Everything is customizable from the woods, body shapes, neck, fretboard, components, colors, and more.

2. ORDER

If you've ever purchased anything online, then you'll have no problem ordering from us. We accept all major debit/credit cards & PayPal. You can check out as a guest, but you might want to create an account so you can access your order details. Our website automatically calculates the total price of your custom guitar + shipping (APO & International, too). We can start building your custom guitar with a 50% deposit payment, 100% payment, or something in between.

3. DELIVER

This is the hardest step, we know. You've designed your custom guitar, put some money down for it, told all your friends about it, and now... the wait. We make all our custom guitars from scratch - from raw wood to final set up - one at a time. This is a time consuming process, but, we think it's worth the wait.
