Jeff of Halo was very comfortable to communicate with and had quite short answering times, also I never had the feeling that any of my custom ideas would pose a problem to realize.

“In my hands the guitar feels *very* solid, its weight is definitely above average, everything is very clean, professionally crafted and lives up to a quality standard you'd expect from a guitar above $2000. Honestly - there's absolutely no issue with the craftsmanship... The neck is on the thinner side, maybe just a little bit thicker than an RG7620 and very similar to my Mayones Regius 7. Definitely not a baseball bat. Having a satin finish on the neck (and the back) was a very good choice, the finish feels awesomely smooth on the left hand, the neck is super comfortable and absolutely to my personal taste regarding dimensions. The frets are even and properly trimmed on the edges, very nice.”

“Playing: It came with a super-low action... Still, there are no dead notes and all strings ring well in all frets even though the action is THIS low... Playing is very easy, it almost feels like a 25.5'' scale because it's so comfortable to play.
The acoustic sound is very brilliant, not too loud actually but this doesn't tell you much about the amplified sound in the end. Never had a Juggernaut before, I'm curiuos to check this in the rehearsal room soon (will make an update).
General verdict: For now, I'm in awe and very happy with the result... It's a professionally crafted guitar for a ridiculously low price if you take all those special options in account.”
